WHAT IS GOLF FITNESS?
Golf fitness at Mark Polich Golf is a comprehensive exercise program designed to improve your muscular strength, control and balance together with an acceptable range of motion all of which will allow your to properly deliver the energy to the ball in optimum fashion. This exercise program is tailored for YOUR needs and is provided in a non intimidating, safe and fun environment. Properly done under the careful supervision of a trained professional; strengthening your body, improving your stamina, and increasing your flexibility should allow you to play golf with fewer aches and pains.
HOW IS THIS ANY BETTER THAN THE WORKOUT I AM DOING ON MY OWN?
Now we don’t know exactly what you are currently doing at your gym but Golf Fitness at Mark Polich Golf is probably much more effective for three reasons. First, the program is being run by a trained professional (Debbi Omizo Banis of Body Resolution) with over 20 years experience who is experienced in identifying and correcting functional movement patterns. Second, it focuses specifically on improving your golf game. And third, the program is tailored to YOUR NEEDS.

Mark Polich Golf is all about providing the highest level of service possible to our clients. Although Polich is a highly skilled golf coach, he does not does have the expertise to run a comprehensive, effective, and safe Golf Fitness Program. Debbi Omizo Banis on the other hand is a trained professional with a degree with a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. Debbi brings over 20 years of experience helping people improve their bodies. Polich is the golf expert…. Banis is the golf fitness expert.
ARE THE CLASSES INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP AND WHERE ARE THEY HELD?
We are offering both 50 minute private one-on-one sessions as well as 50 minute group classes with up to 8 students per class. All classes are held at the Mark Polich Golf Studio.
WHAT ABOUT THE COSTS?
An initial assessment (which is required for all students) is $80. After that, individual sessions are $80 each. For group classes, the costs are detailed below. Payment is due at signup and is nonrefundable. All prepaid sessions expire one year from purchase date.
1 Session: $45
4 Sessions: $160 ($40 each)
8 Sessions: $280 ($35 each)
12 Sessions: $360 ($30 each)
24 Sessions: $600 ($25 each)
