"I have played golf for over 50 years. During this time, my scores have ranged from the high 70's at my best to to low 90's at my worst. Several years ago, when my game began to decline, I started working with Mark. I found him to be very personable, knowledgeable, patient, and perhaps most importantly, totally committed to my improvement.

ADULT LESSONS

All Adult Lessons are given by Golf Channel Academy Lead Coach Mark Polich. His approach is similar for players of all skill levels. From beginners, to experienced players who have not been able to achieve their handicap goals, to players whose handicap is trending the wrong direction, to aspiring professionals: help golfers learn, improve and regain their enthusiasm for working on their game and playing more golf.
TRACKMAN LAUNCH MONITOR

For full swing lessons, you will be hitting balls with the additional benefit of real time and accurate feedback from a TrackMan 4 Launch Monitor. TrackMan will provide the club and ball data necessary to understand why the ball did what it did. You will begin to learn the importance of face angle, path, angle of attack, launch angle, club speed, and smash factor. All of these factors and more influence the final result of each shot.
VIDEO ANALYSIS

For full swing lessons, you will also gain the benefit of dual high speed cameras which will be very important as you begin to realize the difference between what you feel and what you are actually doing. At times, you may be shocked at how different these two really are. Since these lessons are indoors and out of the blazing Tucson sun, you will easily be able to view and analyze all videos.
TRAINING/VISUAL AIDS

We are all unique and learn differently. During your sessions in the Studio, you will be presented with a variety of ways to visualize and feel what changes are necessary to improve your consistency, distance and direction.
SHORT GAME - CHIPPING/PITCHING
​
With Southern Arizona's largest indoor putting green, students can begin to hone their skills on a variety of chip and pitch shots around the green. Shots hit to the amazing green (built by Southwest Greens) react very similar to how they would react on the course. Nip the ball and it will check up. Hit it thin and it will roll over the green.
SHORT GAME - PUTTING

In the Studio students learn all facets of putting including: green reading, how to make more the short putts, how to improve lag putting, making more breaking putts, and putting under pressure.
Our green rolls at about 11 on the stimp meter and includes a wide variety of putts from uphill left to right putts to downhill right to left putts, to putts as long as 40 feet, and dead straight 10 footers.

No doubt about it, players improve their putting by the end of their putting sessions in the Studio.
