FEBRUARY 18, 2015  - STUDIO 259 - LEARNING WITH TRACKMAN

I am pleased to announce the launch of Tucson's first golf instruction YouTube Channel, STUDIO 259 - LEARNING WITH TRACKMAN.  Now you may be thinking, what's the big deal about this?  There is more than enough golf information available online and more information (often contradictory) is not what will help you improve your golf performance.

I couldn't agree more and that is why I created Studio 259.  My goal is to make this site different by providing short episodes that are informative, educational, and entertaining.  And they will be fact based because the information provided will come from the industry leading TrackMan launch monitor system (all 4 PGA professionals that made the playoff in last weekends Farmers Insurance Open at Torry Pines are TrackMan clients).

Now don't expect to come to Studio 259 and hear about the latest swing theories because in my opinion, that is not what is needed to help YOU improve YOUR golf game.  We will talk facts, dispel myths, and help you learn the why's of your good and bad shots.  And with patience and practice, you will get more enjoyment from your time on the golf course.

So come and join me for the journey of LEARNING WITH TRACKMAN by clicking on the link below and be sure to SUBSCRIBE to this channel so that you get each weekly episode that will be released on Wednesdays!

THESE GUYS ARE GOOD!

MARK POLICH GOLF 18 HOLE SKILLS CHALLENGE RESULTS

The 18 Hole Skills Challenge was based on a 18 hole simulated round of golf that included: SHORT GAME

(6 Putts)  (3 Chips) FULL SWING  (3 Finesse wedges)

(3 Approach shots) (3 Drives)

The golfers had a blast competing against the course and each other as they worked their way through the challenges.  Jonathan Walters took the early lead with his (-4) score on the putting challenge and had a two shot lead through the short game course.  Things started to get interesting when the eventual winner, Trevor Gregoire entered the TrackMan hitting area.  Gregoire's finesse wedge score of (-1) tied for the best of the day but then the fireworks started.  He scored TWO EAGLES and a birdie with his approach shots and then followed that up with TWO EAGLES in the driving challenge.  His final score of 61 (-11) was a new Studio and WORLD RECORD as he blitzed the field for a 3 stroke win.

Congrats Trevor!  And Congrats to the entire CDO boys golf team on a fantatistic 2014 season!

MARK POLICH GOLF STUDIO IS AVAILABLE FOR GOLF RELATED GATHERINGS INCLUDING HIGH SCHOOL GOLF BANQUETS, BIRTHDAY PARTIES, CORPORATE EVENTS, GOLF CLUBS, OR A GROUP OF FRIENDS THAT WANTS TO HAVE A UNIQUE AND FUN GOLF PARTY.

November 1, 2014

This past week, Mark Polich Golf quietly celebrated it's one year anniversary.  I am humbled by all the students that have trusted me to help them with their golf games.  In my first year of Indoor Coaching, nearly 250 different golfers hit over 50,000 shots with the world's most sophisticated golf learning technology, TrackMan.  WOW!

I have learned so much this past year about the golf swing as well as how golfers learn and improve. The new banner that hangs above the Studio putting green summarizes my belief about golfers ability to improve.

This completly resdesigned web site will mirror the focus for my business in the coming year and will focus on more social events, inspirational success stories and educational content.  If there are things you like in this web site, or things you would like to see that are not included, please let me know.

Best wishes for a great 2015 on and off the golf course!

Coach Mark Polich
